This is a bluehost question posted by albn99 on 16 January 2007
I have been trying to backup my sites, and it seems when I use my FTP client, the Bluehost firewall keeps banning me. I have all the settings set to default settings, and never had a problem until lately (maybe the last two weeks). I have called tech support a few times, and the admin says I have like 75+ connections open at once!
What is going on here? How can I fix the FTP client so I do not have so many connections at once? All I want to do is backup my files, and I keep getting banned.
