I have been using Bluehost for more one month now. Everything was ok till 3 weeks ago … My site now is not accessible in China !

The main problem is that I live in China and I need it to be accessible from China …

Will a dedicated IP address solve the problem ?

Any of you with the same pb ? Any Solution ?
