Is it possible to forward all incoming email to an email account on a Blue Host domain to another email account on the same Blue Host domain?

Example – could email sent from foo@yahoo.com to foo@mybluehost.com be automatically forwarded to backup@mybluehost.com?

If it can be done, please instruct on how to do it.
