.I need a little help from you guys.

I have prepared my homepage with CoffeeCup Web Designer (first time user) and I am ready to upload. Can you please tell me how I should name my page and in which directory it should be uploaded ?

I already have something there but do not remember how I did it the first time. I am totally inexperienced in that type of thing. I remember struggling quite a bit the first time. Also, I would like to know

1-What is the WWW folder box name that CoffeCup asks to fill ? Is it a must to fill this box ?
