I switched from my previous host company to Blue Host. On their web-site they boast of customer service & satisfaction. For a while my site was up & functioning fine. Within a week however it was down…contacted emergency tech support…no one was there to help me…will have to call me back…that was well over an hour ago. My site was down for I don’t know how long because I was assuming that they are taking care of their end of the contract & I was not checking everyday to make sure it was up & running continously.

Web-sites are the lifes blood of most businesses now. Any down time is costly…thousands of dollars….I would not recommend blue host…..and would advise anyone considering them to be aware.
