Bluehost : FTP Errors – Can’t transfer, wrong quota

I received the following error in FTP.

“450-Error during write to file: Disk quota exceeded”

My current disk usage is: 15361 MBs

My CPanel and FTP account has been updated to 30 GB, but I’m still receiving this error. Does anyone experience this or know how to resolve this problem.

I’ve submitted support tickets last week but Bluehost so far hasn’t been able to fix the problem.
