Trying to download a large file from my site, I get less than 10kb/s (usually 4-5kb/s) using FTP, and around 100kb/s using the browser, downloading the SAME file from the SAME location.

I opened a ticket, and they claim they do not throttle. Also, the problem is not on my computer or Internet connection, since I’m able to download from FTP at high speed from other servers.
