Bluehost : Help setting up FTP folders

I’m wanting to set up a series of folders with the names of my clients so I can upload projects for them to download. The folders need to be password protected and only accessible buy using an FTP client.

Does Bluehost have any online tutorials that would show me how to set this up? Look around the site a bit but could not find anything.
