I am not the greatest computer literate, but willing to learn.
I am in need of a script or executable that can forward info collected on a website. This is pretty simple info and consists of:
Name
E-mail address
Street address
City, state, zip
Phone number
A comment input box for up to 500 characters

I do not expect a great number of replies, but the ones I do get I have to keep. My previous hosting service offered and executable that would forward this info in an E-mail to me and that was good enough, but I didn’t hang on to the software. I know how to collect the info, but am unable to figure out how to put it in an E-mail and forward to me.

Would anyone know of where I can pick up such a script? Thanks in advance.
