Bluehost Hosting : Not receiving mail through Outlook Express

I am having a problem with mail coming through Express. My addresses are configured correctly as it will work one day and then not for several days. I have contacted bluehost and am told nothing is wrong. Yet, for the past 6 months this has been happening. It doesn’t work more than it does. Has anyone else had this problem using a POP3? If so, how did you fix it? I have tried switching to Eudora, thinking it was Express, but had the same problem.

Sure would apppreciate any imput into this.
