Bluehost : Hot Link Protection and its interference with Ajax

We have a forum that its hosting is on the bluehost. Our forum engine is vBulletin. When we enable the hot link protection, some of problems occur:

1- Ajax has been disabled. for example using thank button = refresh.

2- The smilies of forum did not work.

3- Button of editor ( link, picture, font, color and… ) did not work.
