Bluehost How-To : changing provider for a parked domain

I hired a marketing firm to create a new webpage and market it for me. The new website has a domain name I registered thru BH. The company sent me an email to “point the A record to ######” for the page to be moved to their server. I don’t have a clue what they meant and am going out of town tomorrow. Can someone clue me in on what they might have meant?
