Bluehost : How to determine in what countries my sites appear?

Alexa indicates that my sites are shown mostly in Australia, Google Analytics and BlueHost indicate that my sites are shown in other countries, mostly in the US.

Could someone explain please, the difference in results, or why it’s a possibility?

The reason I ask is because I’m selling products from the US, and the fall in the Aussie dollar makes it a much more expensive proposition to buy from the US.
