Anybody got an idea of HOW to ‘rattle’ Tech withOUT having to telephone (and open myself to HOURS on phone)??

I have THREE (3) Tickets OPEN (1 WELL over 24 hours) and
am getting ZERO ‘help’ !!!

WTF??

To big for their britiches??
