I am new to this and have been going round in circles trying to remedy my problems. I hope some kind souls out there will be able to assist me

First, I signed up to wp.com. I paid $15 for my own domain name, delisioucity.com. This is a food blog that I have transfered from blogspot. Since I also sell my baked goods, I needed to embed an order form in the website. I’ve always assumed wordpress is far superior than blogspot, especially in terms of changing the themes. Sadly, I couldn’t even display the order form (which took me hours to re-do); and neither could I change the theme of the website to something I liked (customized).

Next, I googled around and found out that I should use wp.org if I wanted a fancy website. So I went ahead and signed up with BlueHost. Unfortunately, I am this stupid: I misread the options and paid for the 3 year long account, instead of trying for something cheaper and shorter-term. So now I am also out by $250.20

Being a complete beginner, I didn’t know what to do next. I followed the instructions and installed my wordpress website onto Bluehost. Then I wanted to tweak my website around but all I kept on getting from http://www.delisioucity.com/blog/wp-admin was an 404 Error page. I also did not see the type of dashboard (with the ‘design’ tab) that many people have taunt online. I thought that I still was on the wrong place.

So I deleted my website on wordpress. Now I can’t have my business brand name anymore, because apparently wp does not recycle the names.

Another idiotic act. Now I am a complete mess. I have been on my computer for two days and haven’t seen the light of day. I am desperate. Please please advice me what to do. I am in tear over this (silly, i know).
