I’ve received an e-mail from support@bluehost.com telling me that my account has been de-activated. I still don’t know why, because my sites are totally harmless, just a couple of travel guides, a tarot blog and a non-sexual dating site.
I can’t call the phone number because it’s SO expensive from here, therefore I’ve tried to contact them via e-mail and the helpdesk without any response.
The matter is that if I have broken any rule I need to be informed about what is the REAL reason, not just: “terms of use service violation” in order to change whatever is necessary or at least having access to my files. I have spent many hours creating content and I need to make a backup of everything.
My question is: How can I get my files back?
