Bluehost : Looking for a better shopping cart

I’ve been using Zen Cart for a friends site for a year and we both don’t like Zen Cart. It’s too complex for our needs. He recently signed up with Dynamic Solutions and they give you Design Cart, but it doesn’t look like you can add photos of your products to the order page.

Is there a better shopping cart that works easily without spending hours of time to configure? Do I have to settle for PayPal buttons?
