I found my web site was down. After contacted to live chat and he told me bluehost is moving my server because my server was full. The moving process will need 3 days. My god!
Your server status shows everything OK. You move my server without notification. What is your standard operation procedure of doing such important thing? Just do it and let customer find out himself?
Bluehost was my trusted hosting service before. Now I know why so many people complain bluehost.
