I get an ‘access denied’ error when trying to add a stored procedure.
In the cPanel window to grant MySQL user permissions there are no
options for ‘Create Routine’ or ‘Alter Routine’. I have posted a service ticket.

Am I missing something here? Anyone else having this problem?
