Bluehost : Newbie with three domains

I am new to blue host i got the unlimited domain hosting plan I also have three domains which I want to host. I am confuse in how to set up all three domains I already have the primary which blue host made, i need to know how to set the other two, i used cute ftp, i really need help i don’t want to mess things up.

can someone please point me to the right direction.
