Bluehost : Nothing works

I have been trying to upload my site and having huge problems. I get the index page when I try to view my site and nothing that I do seems to fix the issue.

I have been over some of the problem articles and they are not helping.

I can not find the live chat either…I submitted a ticket in and even though I am registered for support assistance…it will not let me view it. So if I have a reply, I can not see it.

Am I overlooking something due to sheer frustration? Is there a way that I can clear my ‘doings’ and start over fresh?
