Does bluehost contact or notify the registered members on bluehost.com whenever websites are having issues loading up?

I just noticed that my website and forum were not loading up, and so I thought that perhaps bluehost.com could be having problems, but since that won’t load up either, I decided to check on the forum, and since no threads have been made about page error problems, I figured that either it was normal or no one has mentioned it yet…
