Bluehost : problem in restoring the database

i have an .sql file and i want to use it in my database.

whenever i saY import and try to restore the data.
i am getting an error as ::

#1044 : Access denied for user ‘********@’localhost’ to database ‘******’

i checked multiple thigs for it
1>I checked config.php file. in which i look at username and database name is proper or not.
2>I also gone through permissions that are granted to the user.

but i am not able to understand where the problem is.

can any one help me out plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
