How do I publish my sales letter to the web? I have bought a domain name via Blue Host and I have a website already transferred to Blue Host.

What I am unclear about is when it asks me where do I want to publish it?

Secondly, can any of you guys who are experts at this stuff tell me how I can decrease the width of my sales page as currently designing it via page wizard, once I view it in the browser it covers the whole screen.
