I downloaded a wordpress blog through Bluehost. then I wrote a few pages for my site. Then I clicked “Publish post.” So why is my site not updated?

I have spent hours reading these forums and watching online videos and have not seen what I need.

What do I need to do to publish what I wrote?

My theme doesn’t even appear. All it says is “Hello world!”
