Bluehost : Restricting cpanel access

This is a bluehost question posted by grahamh on 13 July 2008

I want to give access to one of my domain’s cpanel to an outsourced tech person.

I’ve asked support but they keep saying that I can give password protected ftp access, but that is not what I need.

I used to be able to set up a user name and PW for each domain, but it look like that has been stopped by BH.

Anyone know if this is true, or am I just missing something on my cpanel.

It is crazy if I have to give access to all of my domains through cpanel, just to get one worked on.

With just ftp access I don’t see how databases, crons and email can be set up.

I really don’t want to give total access to my account for working on just one domain.
