Bluehost : setting up website

I am a novice and need help. Searched the forum and the help section, but can’s seem to find out how to set up my website.

I have 3 domains under Blue host. They reside in separate folders under Public_html. I used NetFusion to “write” my website. I uploaded the files to Blue Host to one of those three directories.
When I went to publish my website they are asking for the server, directory, my user name and password. I searched the forum and the help sections, but I can’t find out what the server name is, what the complete directory would be, and is my user name the name & password I log into Blue Host with?
