I have a problem communicating with clients in livemail due too possable spam , points BS ect and I need to set a record to keep my domain out of a blacklist. I went here www.microsoft.com/senderid and done theses steps to help the curse of livemail but cant get to the SPF records to input it. Does this need to be done by bluehost themself to get it to work?

example of the problem
Connected to 65.54.245.104 but sender was rejected.
