I think bluehost should change how these system works for user login. It used session cookies that will invalid if ip address changed. My ISP using dynamic ip address that will change the ip every second, so it will be impossible for me to login to these systems without using anonymous proxy.

I post it here because there is no helpdesk topic that relevant to this.
