Bluehost : wysiwyg suggestions for non-technical new user

This is a bluehost question posted by revron on 14 February 2007

my church just switched to bluehost. prior to the switch, i downloaded to my laptop my full old website date. then i uploaded to bluehost the same info.

the old webhost had a control panel with its own proprietary s/w application that allowed easy creation/edits of the full (multi-page) web data.

now, my parishioners can point to our old website name and don’t know the difference that they are coming via bluehost. that is good.

my secretary has been approved to be the new website manager. she is gifted with motivation but is not a master at all in website management.

one thing that would help is if i could use some sort of application that would take our old (proprietary) website application and display it in wysiwyg format so that she could more easily modify what she sees by doing drag and drop (no html coding thank you!) to update the website.

what tools/applications (free is best as we are a small membership church with low $ for this stuff) are available???
