I have setup an area of downloadable files for user viewing on my site on a GoDaddy shared server. I have previously created this content apparently by php but now want to make available a 29 MB pdf file that violates the 10 MB GoDaddy limit for PHP memory. I know how to upload that file using an ftp client but then how do I set that up so it is available to the site users?
