Dedicated Servers : BF1942 AND BFVietnam on BF2 Ranked Server

I’ve read some of the other posts on this topic from long ago, and I wanted to get some clarity on this issue:

A) I have a dedicated box running ranked BF2 and 2142 servers

B) Many in my clan would like to resurrect a 1942 and a vietnam server

1) Is it possible to have the road to rome maps and the secret weapons maps included with the vanilla maps in 1942 instance?

2) Is it possible to run black bag ops (BBO) server manager with the ranked servers onthe box?

3) If BBO is a no go, is there another server manager program (other than rcon) that someone can recommend for use with the ranked servers on the box?
