Dedicated Servers : Exim overloading

My exim is overloading and causing the server load to go above 600! Its sending mail to one of my domains, if i look in the queue there are usually 1500+ messages sitting in there all to this domain, to addresses that don’t exist. As a test, I moved control of the mail to another server and it continues, so I must have a worm somewhere. Anyone have any ideas how to kill this?
