Dedicated Servers : Interesting Response from Support on (COD4 Ticket)

I went ahead and submitted a ticket for COD4 as instructed by Planet Staff in other posts. The reasoning to do this was to let support know this was a request and that hopefully by others doing this it would help determine maybe the order of things getting done on Cortex. (I’m assuming)

But here is the reponse i got:

We are unable to install Call of Duty 4 at this time. We do not support it and there has not been a release date made available to us. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance, thank you.

What is the purpose of me submitting a ticket if all you guys are going to do is give a half a$$ answer? The game was released already. To top it off, when i submitted the ticket i didnt get confirmation via email. I went to look at the ticket and it was closed. I had to go find it in the closed tickets to see the reponse. I never received an email saying it was opened or closed. It just like an response was put in there so I could not see it! (and yes i verified my email address to make sure that wasnt the issue)

So what gives guys?

I understand you guys are under alot of pressure but why suggest something and then completely ignore it?

Is it time for us to move on and seek a provider that will atleast respond to our requests in proper fashion?
