Dedicated Servers : Kernel Config for Load Balanced Servers

Today we just ordered some load balanced servers (2 * 2.0Ghz Dual Xeon with SCSI), and was wondering if anyone had a working kernel .config they could send me.

Although we have had an SMP server for a couple of years, I have never compiled a SMP kernel before (although it seems to be only one option to enable it in the kernel!), but the part that has me slightly worried is scsi support. I have seen eth00’s guides and they are nothing short of excellent, however will these .configs work for the new machines?
