Dedicated Servers : Mail goes to Hotmail junk

I am using Cpanel server. When hosting domains with dedicated ips send to email, headers show server’s main hostname and ip. However sender domain is MYDOMAIN.com and it’ s ip address is different. I think Hotmail checks the sender domain’s ip address and domain with server’s one and decide the mail is a spam. And puts the mail in junk mail folder.
1-Can we use exim as a mail server with different domain names of all domains located at same server instead of main server host name?

2-Reverse dns record. Yes all our ip’s are have reverse dns records at theplanet name servers. Records like this: ev1s-xx-xx-xx-xx.ev1servers.net. Are these records well or should we change them to hostname.domain.com. or . domain.com. Any idea?

3-Does adding a mx record like mx mail.domain.com targets to mail.hostname.com solve this problem. I think not. Bevause mx records works when server gets email.
