Dedicated Servers : Problems at The Planet????, Pinging works but nothing else

It appeared that my server went down at around 10:00 AM. I had The Planet do a manual reboot but my site is still down.

I cna ping just fine but remote desktop won’t connect, nor will anything else.

I started a live chat with support and they said the problem wasn’t on my end.

Does any one know what’s going on???
