Dedicated Servers : tech help needed

i currently have a web site that is hosted on a dedicated server at invision. earlier this month i bought a dedicated server here at the planet. we have a tech guy that set us up originally, and now he seems to be to do busy to help us do this move. there is no way i could do it myself, i dont know the tech side of it, and theplanet even said i should have someone that knows what they are doing, move us.

my back is up against a wall and we need to be moved like now. i am putting a call out for anyone that can help me.
