I have a server on the regular network, and I have a server on the Cogent network.

One is windows, one is RHEL4…..Windows is on the regular network, linux server is on the cogent network.

When I download a file off of the linux server to the windows server, I can’t get above 250Kbps download speed.

If I download a file off of the windows server to the linux server, I can easily hit 80+Mbps.

I can hit my full 12Mbps download off of my cable connection.
