This is a drupal question asked by intlcool on 09 April 2009

I’m trying to deploy my site from WAMP to my hosting provider HostMonster. I have transferred the database and ftp’d the files not to mention changing the $db_url in my settings.php file. The error that I am receiving is:

The site is currently not available due to technical problems. Please try again later. Thank you for your understanding.

The mysql error was: Incorrect database name ’server_newdrupal/’.

I have checked the Database numerous times (deleted it, reuploaded, changed names etc…) and it seems that it should be the correct DB. Has anyone experienced similar problems? Is there a solution to this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
