Drupal Hosting : OpenSourceHost: Experiencing Technical Difficulties

For the past year I’ve been a very happy customer of OpenSourceHost, and greatly appreciated their reliable hosting, installation of Drupal, and fast, efficient customer service.

In the past couple of weeks, though, that’s all changed.

It seems OSH has “upgraded” their service, and for me this has meant a string of major problems leading to completely inaccessible sites. And in the past, where their technical support people fixed problems almost without exception in under an hour, now initial response time is lagging around 3 hours. (And that’s initial response time, not problem solving time…)

They have added lots of memory to their accounts, but this does me no good when I get daily “page cannot be displayed” errors, some lasting for hours.

I haven’t given up on them yet, but my patience is wearing very thin. I want to know whether anyone else on OpenSourceHost is also experiencing problems, or, on the contrary, if your OSH service is running well. Please let me know so I can figure out if I am the only one going through this now.
