unlimited web hosting

I’m currently considering an account at Bluehost to host my family-blog (setup with Drupal) but still have a couple of questions..
I do serve mediafiles through my blog, a hole bunch of pics but also video (flash, avi) and also audio (mostly mp3). Is it allowed to put these files on the server?
Is there a definitive list somewhere maybe?
