Has anybody here ordered the QuickBooks Merchant Service through GoDaddy???

Go Daddy says that you receive a free Quick Books Simple start pack but when I talk to GoDaddy, their customer service reps don’t know anything about how I can get the software and when I talk to Intuit/Quickbooks, they say it’s GoDaddy’s responsibility. I have been going back and forth between Intuit and GoDaddy for weeks and nobody can get me the software that was promised in the promotion that is clearly stated on the GoDaddy merchant services page?

Has anybody else had this problem? Clearly the GoDaddy merchandising people have not talked to the Intuit merchandising people because this whole thing has been the biggest f-up I’ve ever been involved in as far as promotions go.

In conclusioon: Has anybody here signed up/applied for the Quickbooks Merchant account and actually gotten the QuickBooks simple start that GoDaddy promises? If so, do you know what it takes to get it because GoDaddy sure doesn’t and neither does QuickBooks. Very frustrating! I would call the GoDaddy support group but I’ve done that about 20 times now and they keep saying that they have nothing to do with it. How can they say that when they have a promotion on their site that they are selling an upgrade for?????
