Godaddy : How to publishing a non primary domain via FrontPage

I have a primary domain and a couple of other non primary domains under one Deluxe hosting account. I have created a folder under the primary domain so that I can publish the other domains through it as an independent site. Can anyone explain how to do it through FrontPage. I was told by GoDaddy to do it this way and to somehow publish it to this folder, but I cannot find any way to publish it. Any advice is appreciated.
