H-Sphere (http://www.psoft.net/) – H-sphere is a relatively new player to the market and not one that many people have experience with. I’ve only used it sparingly for certain clients to help them on their projects. However, people who have used it will swear by it. Users often say it is the best and most user-friendly control panel on the market today.

By my own experience, I can’t say it was spectacular but from using it, I can say that it was a pleasant experience. H-sphere is a multi-platform(Linux or windows) automated solution for web servers and offers email solutions, billing options, private server locations, merchant gateways, and private labels for resellers. It has more extensive e-commerce support than I’ve seen in other control panels and even handles credit limits and multiple billing profiles. For resellers, Hspere is simply a dream come true and if you want to set your financial management on auto-pilot most of the time then you’ll want to find a provider who offers the H-sphere control panel. Hspere is also easily expandable to multiple servers and can be used to manage clustered solutions. From an end user prespective H-sphere is customizable and user friendly with a well thought-out navigation system for users. From a features perspective for an end-user, it is not much different than the other control panels and has the basic functions such as e-mail, ftp, database management, and other basic functions. The loading speed on H-sphere is fairly quick and the graphical interface is pleasing to look at. H-sphere is pricey and does not offer unlimited domain/account licenses like the other control panels. Price is a flat $4.50 per account one-time fee. If you have over 200 accounts per server as a web host, this could get cost-prohibitive. This price does not include support which is an additional 20% of your total licensing fee with priority support an additional $300/month for up to four servers. While H-sphere may be the most complete package, it is the most expensive one and may not be the best value for most people
