Host Gator Webhosting Company Shuts Down Hate Site

Boca Raton-based Web hosting company, Host Gator, has been asked to dump a hate site supporting calls to kill members belonging to a specific community. CAIR’s letter sent to HostGator based in Boca Raton, requested the webhosting service provider to shut down the hate site.

HostGator’s terms and policies for its webhosting services states: “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with, or without, notice.” HostGator company representatives after reviewing the site, agreed that the content violates their company policy and decided to shut down the site.
