I’m a reseller with numerous sites on Aztek. Unfortunately, both email and web servers are not responding and are down. Cpanel login has been sproradic. Tech Support claims issue sent to Planet and ‘waiting’. However, that was more than 2 hours ago and we still have no relief, ETA for resuming service, or any other updates. Server status shows an issue on /var, but that is all that shows.
Please inform us what is going on so we can manage our resold clients and manage expectations appropriately. Any information about the specifics of the problem, what is happening with the issue, and ideally an ETA would be very welcome. Thank You in Advance. BTW: It is only noon my time, so we are still in the middle of our business day.
