The civic server has been acting up all day today. For the last 12 hours all of the domains in my Reseller Account have either responded extremely slowly or stopped responding altogether. Server speed varries wildly and email access keeps going away.

I have had 4-5 email exchanges with Support, and the problem is temporarily resolved, and then again the server goes down. This has happened 3-4 times today. This is nuts!

What is going on? Can someone please fix the darn thing once and for all? I am losing sales and upset customers keep calling me.
