As of last week, when I FTP files to any domains under my reseller account (www.newhallstudios.com), I can upload at 1.2 Mbps but when I download files the speed is 3 to 4 times slower.

FTP download speeds down have varried from 170Kbps to 300 Kbps. It used to be able to download files via FTP 5 to 6 times faster.

Can someone look into what’s going on? I opened a Support Ticket more than 2 hours ago and have not received a response.
