I’ve had a ticket open since Sunday 7-15-07, ticket #YUV-782129. Gator266 has been experiencing problems with access via web. I am able to get there through the cPanel, webmail, and smtp. But experiencing problems trying to view my site through a browser (have tried several, so not a browser issue). The last I heard from the support tech’s (this afternoon), they were still working on it.

However, I’ve had other users of my site tell me they were able to get to it. I’ve even tried going through proxies to see if it is my IP or network being blocked, or non-accessible for some odd reason. Still no go for me, I can’t view the site via any web browser.

Any word on this from a HostGator Rep? Have other customers on this box been experiencing the same problems?
